Balloon Dress

The balloon dress can be worn with the ties tied around the neck or in a bow, through a centre loop. It has elastic around the top and under bust with a shirred back. The skirt is panelled and can be worn straight or made into the balloon effect by tieing the ties inside the skirt vertically.
